Why Am I Running

My name is Kim Incampo and I am running for Republican State Committee Woman in the First Essex and Middlesex district. I am equally both a fiscal and social conservative who believes in the individual, small government, less regulation and the strength of the family. I seek to recruit and support local and state candidates for each of the 17 communities in the First Essex and Middlesex districts that share these same values. I am running for this position because I want to be the change that we need to see in this sate. As residents of Massachusetts, we can no longer sit back and allow others to speak for us and hope that they share our same values. We can not agree on all topics, but as conservatives, we must begin to recruit, support and get elected TRUE Conservatives, that will stand up against more taxation, regulation and increase spending. My husband and I are small business owners. We started our dental practice thirteen years go from scratch and have grown it from one office to two. I understand what it takes to build a business. I understand what is involved in budgeting, funding, and planning. Prior to this business I was a corporate recruiter for IT professionals in the Boston area. These skills sets and life experience are what we need to bring to the state GOP to rebuild it from the ground up. I believe that if the state party truly gets back to its core values, we will then attract many conservatives that are sitting on the sidelines to join and get involved. I have worked and supported candidates at the grassroots level such as Senator Scott Brown, Bill Hudak, Representative James Lyons and Representative Paul Adams. We have had great successes with these campaigns and all but Bill were elected however, Bill made enormous inroads on his first run ever. I am actively working on Karin Rhoton for State Rep in the 14th Essex district, and I am supporting several other campaigns and conservative issues. Please vote for Kim Incampo on March 6th.
